Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

By TBC on July 1, 2014

Our ribbon cutting ceremony on June 26, 2014 officially opened our doors for business at our new location. We were all so excited to see it finally happen. Not everything is perfect though: we’ve had problems with our phone lines and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it has caused. CenturyLink assures us all will be in working order by the end of the week. Once we started using the plumbing we discovered problems with the old pipes. The landlord assures us the pipes will be repaired. We’ve made friends with our neighbors, Blue Spruce Brewery, who graciously allowed us to use their facilities. Not only did they save the day, their food is yummy.

Despite all of the glitches and growing pains, we LOVE our new home! There are so many to thank; Chris Regis of Domani Homes, the drapery ladies at the Park Meadows Penny’s, Guirey’s help with paint and wallpaper, Home Depot, Lowes, all of our contractors and advisors, and our wonderful team. So many have put in extra long hours, bringing their husbands, siblings, children, boyfriends, parents, nephews, friends, and even some of my grandchildren, along to help too.

It’s been a long ten months. We have held on to our belief that this was the right plan for us. Our faith is what has brought us through without any melt downs or ever “loosing it”.
“Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see.” Hebrews 11:1.

As we close this construction and move chapter, we are excited to begin the next chapter in our beautiful new home. We will continue our tradition of serving Colorado’s brides, as well as girls and women needing a special occasion dress, with impeccable customer service in an elegant atmosphere.

From this day forward…
