I can't say enough good things about The Bridal Collection. The entire staff made the process of finding my perfect dress just that, PERFECT! I had the pleasure of working with Crystal and I am so thankful I did. She genuinely got to know me as a person and our connection was very natural which made the process stress free and fun! She listened to my vision of how I wanted to look and feel on my wedding day and she found me the dress I can not wait to put back on to walk down the aisle in. I would highly recommend making The Bridal Collection your first stop when looking for your wedding dress. The other boutiques I visited simply didn't compare to the experience I had here. Crystal was AMAZING! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, supported, and truly seen. She was knowledgeable, professional, easygoing, and just so easy to talk to, it literally felt like shopping with a friend who happened to know everything about bridal gowns. She was respectful of my budget the entire time and only showed me dresses within my price range, which I really appreciated. Not only did she find dresses that perfectly matched my original vision, but she also encouraged me to try on styles outside my comfort zone. I’m so glad she did because I ended up choosing a gown completely different from what I thought I wanted, and I’m absolutely in love with it! Crystal was quick helping me in and out of dresses, made the whole experience stress-free, and answered every question I had about sizing, alterations, and customizations with patience and transparency. She was honest about pricing, never pushy, and always had my best interest in mind. I cannot say enough good things about her. She helped me feel confident, beautiful, and at ease through what could have been an overwhelming process. Anyone who gets to work with Crystal is incredibly lucky! The dress selection was also FABULOUS and there were so many dresses in so many styles. This was an amazing experience and I am so happy to have gotten my dress at The Bridal Collection!

I couldn’t have had a more amazing experience finding my dress! 🥹😍 From start to finish everything was top tier. Carrie was my stylist and she NAILED it. Every little detail of the experience was perfect, she made sure I understood everything and went above and beyond the whole entire time.This was my first and only stop and I walked away with my dream gown something I pictured myself in as a little girl!Thank you to everyone at the Bridal Collection and a huge thank you to Carrie. Just had an appointment here June 2025 Anna did a pre consultation which she was a dream to speak with very kind! My appointment was with Jessica who was amazing through the entire process let me stay longer than my scheduled time. Was honest about dresses and what I could do to a dress to make it truly mine. I went to another dress store and the stark difference in helpfulness was striking even with helping me put dresses on. I went back to the bridal collection and Jessica helped me say yes to the dress!! 100% would recommend working with Jessica and the bridal collection as a whole! Even going back to get mother of the groom dresses here!

Cathy was amazing and helped me find my dream dress! I had gone to 3 other dress stores and not found “ the one” but Cathy listened to what I liked and disliked and pulled out the perfect dress!She was very patient and helpful through the entire experience and I am so glad I made the appointment!

Cannot recommend this place enough! Sasha helped me find the dress of my dreams. Right off the bat she made me feel so comfortable and confident which really set the right tone for trying on dresses. Sasha was very informative, explaining each dresses material, designer, silhouette, neckline, bustle. She fluffed every dress and showed the front and back to both me and my guests. I never felt pressured into buying anything which made the experience that much more lovely. The place itself was also amazing; it had the best lighting out of every boutique I had an appointment at. Thank you Sasha and Bridal Collection for helping me find my dress and giving me the best experience!

Had Carrie as my stylist. She was amazing. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for. The selection of dresses she picked were top notch! The salon is so well lit. The additional amenities were a great add on. Ended up saying yes to the dress and I couldn’t be happier! 10000% recommend

Where to even begin with my review. This is a long read! I had been on a waitlist for the Maggie Sottero trunk show, and I ended up being able to come in for an appointment. I had the best experience I have ever had at a Bridal Salon. At this point in my dress hunt, I had tried on what seemed like hundreds of dresses and never found the one. Finding a dress that felt like a "wedding" dress was weird to me. I am a very picky person, with a MASSIVE personality, and finding a dress that was as dramatic as me was hard. Well, during the trunk show, Arlett told me to go through and pick a few dresses to try on. After selecting a few, we went back to try on. Let me tell you, Arlett was the funniest and sweetest person. We clicked immediately! There was a dress on the mannequin when I first walked in, and I had to try it on. I think it was about the third one. I COULDNT EVEN LOOK AT MYSELF!!! I had never seen something look so good on me than this dress. It was unique and dramatic. I literally cried. MY MOM CRIED! (side note; I model and did pageants, so every dress just felt like every other gown i had worn) I tried on a few more just to make sure, but didnt stay in them long. Nothing was going to compare to that dress! So, Arlett had me put it back on, and there I was, standing on the pedestal, bawling my eyes out. Completely out of character for me. It was the most beautiful dress I had ever seen. The price point was fabulous, until it wasnt. Now this part has nothing to do with my review but its part of my dress story.. I didnt have enough for the full deposit, but I knew I was going to be able to pull it off. The manager worked with me and I was able to put something down. Then life happened, I became extremely ill, was in and out of the hospital. I lost income that I wasnt expected to lose, and everything just kept falling apart. I have applied to over 100 jobs to help supplement my regular job, but its almost too late. Im devastated. I would choose this dress again and again, at this salon. 10s across the board!!!

Natalie was absolutely amazing to work with! She was fun and welcoming, not just to me but my family as well. I never felt rushed or like I was asking to try on too much even when I was being indecisive. Natalie learned my style and was able to pull dresses that matched what i was showing interest in but also pulled options i hadn't considered so that I could see all my options. My budget was loose but i gave her a number to stay under to start. Natalie respected my price and didn't try go over what I initially said until I gave the ok to do so. I typically hate shopping and was nervous about how my appointment would go but Natalie made it one of the best experiences I've had wedding planning so far and a moment I will always remember. Thank you so much Natalie!

I had the best time picking out my dream dress at The Bridal Collection! Eleni was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed and shown around, she helped gather all of my potential dresses, and she made the whole process so fun and comfortable. She was so helpful when comparing dresses and truly tried to gauge how I felt in each one. After several dresses, I ultimately decided that the first dress I tried on was THE dress, and she made me feel so confident in my decision! Communication has been wonderful since placing my order, and I can’t wait to go back when my dress comes in. If you want a phenomenal customer service experience, I highly recommend The Bridal Collection.

Jessica assisted us through our appointment and she couldn't have made it any more special!! She picked out a dress for me to try before I arrived and it turned out to be the dress I said yes to! You can feel how much she loves her job radiating from her and she made this appointment such a special experience for my mom and I!As far as the dresses go, I wish I could wear 10 dresses during my wedding day because the selection they have here is STUNNING and there are so many options! Despite the volume of options we did not feel rushed to narrow down choices at all. When it came to the try on I had to try two dresses on multiple times before I could figure out which on I wanted to say yes to and Jessica didn't make pressured to make a choice and with her help I was able to figure out which one I was choosing with my head versus my heart. Additionally, I'm sure we all know the feeling of finding something you love then finding out there are a ton of other costs attached to it that make it unaffordable, but that didn't happen here! They were also SO upfront from the start of the appointment about pricing from the dress to storage and alterations.I could not be happier with this experience or my dress! Thank you Jessica!
