I had already shopped at two other stores and was getting discouraged of not finding my dress. But this dress shopping experience was one of the best appointments I have had! I felt like their staff really took their time to listen to me, get to know me and it felt very personable which I loved! For once I felt excited to dress shop, not stressed and very calm throughout my whole appointment. I actually was able to enjoy the moment and process. My stylist Cathy went above and beyond to make sure I found the dress that best suited my body type and the style of my wedding! She pulled a dress for me that was out of the box and the minute I put it on I knew it was the one!! I didn’t feel pressured to buy the dress same day or rushed through my appointment. I had a few days to think on it and when I came back for a second appointment I just knew it was my dress for my big day! Thank you Cathy for everything you have done and making me feel like the most beautiful bride I deserve to be!! I can’t wait for my big day 09.05.25 to wear my dress and show her off!! I highly recommend this bridal shop!

My experience from scheduling the appointment to the phone call with Anna about what to expect and my stylist Claire helping me find the perfect dress was amazing! They all cared so much about me and my love story and wanted to ensure that I found my dream dress. Claire was very kind, supportive, and listened to me to pull all the elements together to find the perfect one. Anna was so sweet and fun to talk to, too! They explained the process of ordering my dress very clearly and have in house alterations as well as cleaning and preservation after the wedding. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for their dream dress! They have SO MANY. :)

I absolutely loved my experience from start to finish! My stylist, Sasha, was AMAZING. She took time to get to know me and was so knowledgeable. She listened to what I wanted and helped me find my dream wedding dress!!! I 100% recommend the Bridal Collection!!

I am from Nebraska and I had no idea what to expect. I called ahead and said we would have my 7 year old niece joining us as welll, Crystal automatically accustomed us to a larger room. She explained all the details from some history on the shop to all the different designers! I had no idea what I wanted and Crystal quickly nailed down the vibe I had in mind! She was very calm and patient and super personable. She was very honest and her compliments helped me feel even more beautiful in my dress! At the very end she was very sweet to thank my family for being there to support me and I appreciated that. It was the best day! Thank you endlessly Crystal!!!

Do not hesitate - go book your appointment with the Bridal Collection! I couldn't be happier with everything from the Customer Service, the dress quality and options, the energy, the cleanliness of the shop, etc. Just freaking WOW!!! When you make your appointment ASK FOR JORDAN - you need her energy for your appointment. She was personable, kind, respectful, body positive, happy and full of energy. She made a note to remember everyone's names, asked personable questions about me and my fiancé, asked about the wedding and somehow remembered everything! I don't have any constructive feedback about the Bridal Collection. Everything was perfect and I found my perfect dress!

I LOVED my experience at The Bridal Collection. My consultant, Jordan, was so perfect for me! I had never tried on wedding dresses before, didn’t know what I wanted and had anxiety about the situation. As soon as Jordan chatted with me I felt at ease and excited. I swear, once my dress comes in, I’m never taking it off. I’m so obsessed with it!!!

The entire staff was so amazing and sweet and professional, I went in my appointment with anxiety and uncertainty and within minutes I felt so at ease and comfortable and excited. The amazing Eve was incredibly patient and kind, because of her, I found the dress of my dreams! Their selection of beautiful high quality wedding dresses is so vast and affordable, there’s something for everyone, no matter your style. 10/10 experience!
