Sorry for the long review, but it’s necessary.If you’re a bride-to-be, this is the only place I would ever recommend. I grew up watching Say Yes to the Dress and always dreamed about my big moment of saying yes to my dress. When my turn finally came, I was beyond overjoyed. I started shopping last year and went to Something New Boutique in Colorado Springs. Unfortunately, it was such a horrible experience that I completely stopped looking for dresses. I refused to make another appointment anywhere until I absolutely had to.Eventually, I made an appointment with The Bridal Collection. As the minutes ticked closer to my appointment time, I dreaded going through the process all over again. But little did I know, it would end up being a blessing in so many ways.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the happiest consultants and immediately taken care of. I was honestly taken back by the level of care and individual attention I received. I was introduced to my consultant, Crystal, who made it her mission to bring my vision to life. She listened to every detail, every emotion, every hope, and every wish. We spent time truly consulting—talking through the bride I wanted to be and what I envisioned for my wedding day.She then walked me through the showroom, introducing me to beautiful creations from all of my favorite designers that were within my budget. That’s when she showed me the dress I had literally been losing sleep over, dreaming of trying on. But Crystal knew even better than I did—she brought me a different variation of that dress. The moment I looked in the mirror, everything I had ever imagined was staring back at me.Of course, the dress I fell in love with ended up being nearly impossible to get in time for my wedding. But Crystal immediately recognized how much it meant to me and went above and beyond. While I continued playing dress-up, she spoke with Betsy in alterations to come up with a plan to transform another variation into the exact one I loved. Betsy came out to meet with me, went over potential alterations, and made sure I truly understood what it would take—about $1,500 extra—to create my vision.They also spoke with Jordan (who I believe is a manager and handles ordering) about the situation, all while continuing to bring me more stunning gowns to try. I even found a strong runner-up covered in pearls across the bodice. In the end, though, I knew Aberdeen was my dress… I just suddenly wanted pearls too.As Crystal helped me back into Aberdeen, Betsy quite literally took a pearl necklace off of a coworker’s neck. Betsy then came to laced me up and placed the pearls around my neck. Just like that, everything was perfect. I stepped back onto the platform, staring at myself in the mirror, finally knowing without a doubt this was my dress.And then it somehow got even better.Jordan had called the designer, and they were able to rush ship the exact variation I wanted for only $350 more—saving me over $1,200.What this team didn’t know is that I was missing three incredibly important people at this appointment: my soon-to-be mother-in-law who quickly adopted me as her own, my grandfather who helped raise me in my early years, and my adopted grandfather who made every holiday and celebration magical. I lost all three of them in 2025, within just six months.I truly believed my appointment would never feel magical without them. I didn’t think saying yes to any dress would feel right without those three faces in the room. But this team cared for me the way they would have. They supported me, celebrated me, and made me feel so deeply loved in that moment. This team single-handedly proved me wrong.I will forever be grateful that I made that appointment. I know they helped me find a dress that every single one of my family members would have loved.So if you’re wondering where you should go to find your dress, the only correct answer is The Bridal Collection.

We had the VERY best experience here! After nights of no sleep, scrolling endlessly on websites and almost giving up hope of finding a nice ready dress, we landed here and found Kathy! She is EXCEPTIONAL!!! A great listener, and super fun to work with. She is the best stylist we interacted with throughout the whole search and she learnt me within a few minutes and knew exactly what I would love. Every option she pulled out was gorgeous and perfect fit for my bodyI would 100% recommend the Bridal Collections for a bride wanting a ready to wear dress. There are So many beautiful ready to go options to choose from ❤️❤️

This was such a memorable and lovely experience. 🤍Macayla🤍 was so insanely amazing. She had such a genuine spirit, made my day so special, and helped me find the PERFECT dress! My and mom and I both were blown away at her professionalism, kindness, and energy. Every single person at the shop was radiating happiness and eager to help. I must have gotten lucky, but the alterations manager, Betsy, was also there and gave me the BEST idea to elevate my dress and pull the whole look together. The sales manager, Priscilla reached out a couple days after our purchase to see if there were any questions and I am still gushing over how great this whole process was. 10000/10 recommended and ASK FOR MACAYLA!! 🫶🏼 Supporting a woman owned, family business hits different and it shows!!!

I just got my dress from bridal collection and had an amazing experience! Eva was so personable and thoughtful. She asked all the right questions and was great at guiding me to the perfect dress. All the other staff members were so great too! So many people were hyping me up as they passed by and when I bought the dress everyone was congratulating me. The owner was also on site and so hands on! I would tell she was there to support her staff and the brides shopping.I have also been with my sister when she bought her dress there 5 years ago and have purchased prom dresses there. Every experience throughout the years has been nothing but wonderful!

I had an excellent experience working with Jessica at The Bridal Collection! The whole team was proactive and communicative leading up to my appointment — making sure to understand my vision and hopes, and then being straightforward with costs, timelines, and all other details. My experience with Jessica in particular was really lovely. She was so kind, enthusiastic, and supportive!! I would highly recommend TBC for your wedding dress shopping journey!

Jessica helped me bring the vision of my perfect dress to life. Every other bridal shop that I went to didn't give me the option to customize or add to the dress at all. I really wanted sleeves on my dress and I was told that what I wanted wasn't in style and they didn't even give me an option to add or create sleeves. Jessica really listened and helped me create my perfect dress WITH the sleeves that I wanted, even though the dress didn't originally come with a sleeve at all. I had such a fun experience and wish that I could do it again!

100000/10. I cannot express how wonderful my experience at the Bridal Collection was. Kaliah was my stylist and she is absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!! She was made for this role. She truly went above and beyond to make sure i found a dress i loved. Kaliah was extremely professional and truly the sweetest soul, i want to be her friend! I truly hope everyone has an experience as amazing as i did because it was truly memorable. The selection of dresses was out of this world, there is truly something for everyone. I had brief interactions with other stylists and they were all so friendly and sweet. You can really tell they are all so passionate about what they do and it shows through and through. I cannot recommend The Bridal Collection enough, so happy to have said yes to the dress at this boutique <3 ask for Kaliah to assist you in finding THE dress, she is determined and her patience and expertise really made the appointment so stress free and not overwhelming. She really provided me with such peace of mind about the dress i chose and she made me feel SO comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better stylist!

I had such a wonderful time trying on dresses and had the best associate, Kendra, to guide me through the extensive collection they have! She made me feel so comfortable during the whole process, as I was very unfamiliar with the whole process and dress shopping in general. She was so friendly to my whole group and truly added to the whole experience! I will never forget how much fun we had and will recommend this shop over the other ones I had visited before!

I had such a WONDERFUL experience at The Bridal Collection with Natalie. She was so lovely and listened to everything I wanted. She also let my entourage pick out gowns they wanted to see me in and I knew that meant a lot to them. She was so supportive and positive and just made the whole experience a dream! I didn’t end up getting my dress there but I’d definitely recommend going there and having Natalie as your consultant!
