I had a wonderful experience choosing my wedding dress with the help of Elise. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and myself and my family felt comfortable. She also respected my budget and helped to find other options similar, showing that she knows her inventory very well! In fact, the dress I choose was a dress she picked out based on my over the phone consult! It truly felt like a magical day. I can’t wait to continue to work with The Bridal Collection.

Crystal was invaluable!! A wealth of knowledge, stories, and support. While I didn’t find my dress there, she set the bar high and left us with instructions that guided us in our next appointments. The place was bump’n but you wouldn’t know it, the areas were very well laid out for a cozy experience. For a little fun, we tried on the Snow White. 🤩

I found my dress here and its my dream come true! The experience was perfectly what I needed. Crystal was my stylist and she was so incredibly professional and perfect at leading me through dresses within the parameters of what I wanted (and didn't want) in a dress and never presented anything that fell outside my budget. The thing I appreciated most was her feedback. I came in alone and she didn't hesitate to voice what was flattering and what wasn't for my body type. She also had an idea or what changes the seamstress could perform and what they couldn't to better accentuate my body line. During purchase she guided me thought what to expect through the rest of the process yet to come. Crystal, Thank you again for basically reading my mind the entire time!

Eva was our stylist and I cannot put into words how wonderful and helpful she was. I had been to a couple other dress shops and there is a different level at the Bridal Collection than you get elsewhere. First off, they were the only shop to arrange a pre consultation to get an understanding of my vision and prepare for my actual appointment. On the day of the appointment of course they are professional but we could tell Eva was very knowledgeable and actually listened to my feedback. It didn’t feel salesy or rushed in the slightest but actually wanting to make sure I found a dress that felt right for my wedding day. It all lead to me finding my perfect dress. I was recommended by a friend who got her wedding dress to come here and I would recommend the same to anyone looking for a stress free and fun experience.

I had a great time shopping with Jordan (the blonde from TX) and she even picked out my dress after asking the proper questions and seeing my reactions to different dresses. She was wonderful. I loved my dress!We went through them for alterations. They were attentive, and did a great job on the body of the dress, however on the wedding day, we noticed one of my dress straps was twisted. We were bummed! Jordan reached out to me to turn it around. She refunded me for the cleaning and preservation of the the dress, which was able half of the alterations package I bought. She also assured me they are working with their team and taking the proper steps so it doesn't happen in the future.The dress's beauty was not taken away from though!

I had the most amazing experience dress shopping here! The store is large and has an amazing variety of dresses to choose from. Crystal my stylist/bridal consultant was AMAZING to work with. She really listened to what I was envisioning and made me feel super comfortable during the whole process. We had so many laughs and her attention to detail, body language, and knowledge is unmatched. We tried on so many dresses until we found the perfect one! If you are considering coming to this store do not think twice and request to work with Crystal she’s amazing!!

Susan was absolutely amazing! She knew exactly how to navigate the appointment and I trusted her expertise. I found my dream dress and I cannot be happier. This store has amazing options and they also treated my wedding party very well. We got the champagne package and everyone had a great time. I would absolutely recommend Susan!!

I had already shopped at two other stores and was getting discouraged of not finding my dress. But this dress shopping experience was one of the best appointments I have had! I felt like their staff really took their time to listen to me, get to know me and it felt very personable which I loved! For once I felt excited to dress shop, not stressed and very calm throughout my whole appointment. I actually was able to enjoy the moment and process. My stylist Cathy went above and beyond to make sure I found the dress that best suited my body type and the style of my wedding! She pulled a dress for me that was out of the box and the minute I put it on I knew it was the one!! I didn’t feel pressured to buy the dress same day or rushed through my appointment. I had a few days to think on it and when I came back for a second appointment I just knew it was my dress for my big day! Thank you Cathy for everything you have done and making me feel like the most beautiful bride I deserve to be!! I can’t wait for my big day 09.05.25 to wear my dress and show her off!! I highly recommend this bridal shop!
