Hello one and all!!I had to wait for wedding photos to arrive to submit my review. It is LONG overdue!!I want to shout out Kendra, Ryanne and Sophie! They were my team here at the Bridal collection and my bid day wouldn’t have been as amazing without their help!1st. Finding the Gown (I had no idea nor did I ever think I would marry. It just was never a thought)I had an amazing experience here at the Bridal Collection. I felt no pressure from my personal consultant Kendra. She helped me find what I liked and didn’t like. She made me try on anything and everything. Which what I thought I liked and dint like changed some. She never made me feel I had to buy a dress from them. However she made it her mission to help me however she could! I went to other places and still I came back to the Bridal Collection! Kendra found the dress and it was the. Off to the next portion of wedding dress responsibilities.2nd AlterationsRyanne and Sophie were the two team member assigned to help me get the wedding dress to fit just how I wanted it to. They made great connection and conversation which made the whole process that much more comfortable. I am more reserved and quiet, however not at this store. They want to know what you want and they want to executed that idea! Sophie nailed the alterations on the first try. I needed up only needed two appointments.3rd. Thanks againI cannot express how happy I am to have had these three wonderful people to help me on this chapter of my life. Thank you all again ladies!

Susan is a fairy godmother. She honed in on all the aspects I loved about certain dresses and pulled one that had just arrived to their shop! (And it’s one of a kind!!) I am so thrilled that I got my dress from them. They even store it until the wedding and then preserve it after I wear it. Recommend coming here if you are looking for your dream dress. 🩷Pictured are some of the dresses I tried on! (Not my dress, keeping that private until the wedding!)

Kendra was everything I could’ve asked for while picking my dress, she was so much fun, supportive while being honest. She took the time to watch if I “glowed with the bridal glow” through every dress until I found the one. She made my vision come true while being so patient as this time bring nerves. I’m truly so grateful for her!!!

Cathy was absolutely amazing! If you have a larger party that you want to bring this is an amazing place to go. I felt so cared for and genuinely felt like Cathy cared about me and my family as soon as I walked in. They stay on budget and never make you feel rushed!

My best friend found her wedding dress at the Bridal Collection thanks to the most wonderful stylist, Natalie. We left another nearby bridal store feeling very disappointed and called The Bridal Collection on a whim, hoping they would be able to squeeze us in. They had availability for us and we headed straight there, beginning our appointment about 15 minutes after we called. We were greeted by the most welcoming and professional staff, enjoyed champagne and treats, and my best friend found her dress! Truly the BEST experience around and we can’t thank Natalie enough for her expertise and energy.

I have nothing but praise and good things ro say about the amazing women that work here. I was lucky enough to work with Eleni and Crystal for my shopping experiences. Eleni was patient, listened to my likes and dislikes, walked the floor with me and my party to look at gowns, and really helped me hone in on what I was looking for by asking very helpful questions and being honest by reading my physical language. I had mentally picked a dress with her expert guidance, but I needed the rest of my bridal party to be present when I said yes to the dress. The shop was kind enough and more than happy to help me schedule another appointment to try on my top three. Then I worked with Crystal who heard me and helped me when I said I had a lot of anxiety around making such a big choice. She was patient and let me walk the floor again so I had a piece of mind I liked what I picked 100%. She was great at reading the room, being honest, giving stylistic opinions, and had a great sense of humor. I never felt rushed through these appointments, no pressure to buy or up sell, never felt like I was annoying or a bother with my questions or indecisiveness. This moment only happens once in a life time, and these two women made my dreams come true and I got to have a very special, intimate, and emotional say yes to the dress because of them. Thank you Eleni and Crystal for helping me feel like a bride and being apart of this journey with me ❤️

This was the first place I stopped to look for dresses and it really set the bar high! Melissa did a great job of explaining styles and the process of ordering and trying on dresses and made me feel comfortable and prepared to start my journey.She was so nice and helpful with trying on dresses and narrowing down what I liked and even finding me other dresses that I hadn’t seen that somehow matched perfectly with what I liked. It was such a great experience, thank you!

First time they did a specific Mother of the Bride show.They had a great selection!!! Was awesome and had a lot of fun with my friend. Kendra was awesome! They all made sure we were well taken care of. I hadn’t planned on getting a dress that evening but couldn’t pass up the one I loved! 🥰And, who doesn’t like to sip on champagne, with a friend, getting attended to AND coming away with a beautiful and stunning dress! I highly recommend the experience!

My experience with The Bridal Collection was amazing. Many other shops only allow 1 hour appointments, they are pushy and limit the amount of dresses you’re able to try on. Not at the Bridal Collection! Natalie and the team were amazing! I was able to try on as many dresses as I wanted, their suggestions to my style and preferences were spot on. We felt comfortable taking our time and I was confident saying YES to my dress! Definitely would recommend them 10 out of 10! And Natalie was amazing, energetic and so sweet!!
