- Shopping and fitting times may be limited during peak periods
- Gowns are sold as-is
- Payment is due in full at purchase
- Cash and credit cards accepted
- No holds, returns, or exchanges
- All sales are final
Additional services including alterations, pressing, cleaning, preservation, and gown storage will be available for purchase. Special discounted service packages may also be offered during the event.
Complimentary coffee and snacks will be available for brides waiting in line!
To ensure every bride has an equal opportunity to shop, sale inventory is selected and removed from regular store inventory in advance. Preview shopping is not available, but we’ll share sneak peeks and featured styles leading up to the event on social media.
