I had an amazing experience with Crystal yesterday. I loved being able to “shop” the salon and explore such an inviting, beautifully curated environment. The selection felt endless so many styles, silhouettes, and options to try.I was grateful to visit on a quieter Tuesday, but I truly believe Crystal would have been just as attentive on any day. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel completely cared for throughout the appointment.I ultimately purchased my dress elsewhere due to a can’t-pass-up deal, but that decision had nothing to do with The Bridal Collection. They were fully transparent, respectful of my budget, and offered plenty of dresses within it. Crystal, especially, made the experience exceptional. I was honestly sad not to finish the process with her, but I’m so thankful for her guidance and kindness.I would absolutely recommend The Bridal Collection and especially Crystal to any bride looking for a supportive, thoughtful, and truly special appointment.

I couldn’t recommend the Bridal Collection more! I had an absolutely wonderful experience finding my wedding dress here! My consultant Crystal was so good at reading my body language and facial expressions that she knew what I wanted before I did. She has all the dresses in stock memorized and was able to go pull dress after dress for me as I was honing in on what I wanted. The store is very clean and has a great ambience and there are hundred of dresses with a large variety of price points. Definitely request Crystal when you book an appointment!

I can't say enough about the incredible time I had at The Bridal Collection. Susan was an incredible stylist and really worked with me to find my perfect dress, especially when I was torn between so many beautiful dresses. I can't wait for my reveal party and for my dress to arrive, so that alterations can begin and I get married in my dream dress. Thank you, Susan, for all of your help!

I can’t say enough good things about Crystal. My best friend and I went dress shopping on Friday and Saturday and she took care of both of our appointments. She is so knowledgeable and made us feel so comfortable with the whole experience, which can definitely feel overwhelming at times. She even let us both put our dresses on and take pictures together, something that I never thought could happen. It felt like a scene in a movie! I am so thankful for The Bridal Collection and can’t wait to walk down the aisle next December 🤍

I had the best experience at bridal collection. Sasha was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and was extremely patient. I never felt pressured and only felt that she was on my team of finding the perfect gown. Sasha would hear what I was saying and provide ideas to make my dream come true such as finding a train extender or adding straps that could be both off the shoulder and up right. When I initially found the dress I loved, none of my family was with me. Sasha allowed me to make another appointment when all of my loved ones could be with me to say yes to the dress. I couldn’t recommend this bridal store more!!

It is no surprise that this shop has consistent 5 star reviews!I had a “type B-ing too close to the sun”moment and I mixed up my appointment time. They were kind and understanding and pushed my appointment back to accommodate my mistake. My consultant was Leni and she was patient, kind, courteous, helpful, and all around so complimentary. This was really my first experience at a bridal shop that was upscale but also kind. Leni brought me every dress that she could possibly think about. I was left with a big decision to make but you can guarantee that I will be back at the The Bridal Collection very soon to order my dress.

I went dress shopping for one of my friends and she was paired up with Natalie to find her dress. From the jump I was so impressed with the way that Natalie helped her find her dress, that I decided to come back and work with her to find mine!Natalie asked all the right questions in order to help me narrow down what I was looking for in my dream wedding dress. She was fun, encouraging, and paid attention to how I responded to how I felt in certain styles, fabrics, etc. She helped me to broaden my horizons and look at some different things by pulling options I didn’t have on my wish list prior. Before this, I had a not so great experience at a different (and more expensive) boutique. I was very encouraged by the way Natalie made an overwhelming decision/experience for me so enjoyable.She met myself and my group with kind, uplifting, and positive energy. She helped me to find my dream wedding dress and I couldn’t be more excited! I had a great experience here and would highly recommend.

I found the dress of my dreams and it was all because of Sasha! I’ve been to a few different bridal boutiques and The Bridal Collection by far had the best ambience, selection or dresses and stylists. I talked to a few different people there and they were all incredibly helpful for whatever questions I had.Now to brag a little bit about Sasha because she definitely made finding my dress possible. She was incredibly attentive, took into account my budget and wants in a dress, and she was able to decipher what I was trying to describe about what I wanted and was looking for. The dress I’m going to get married in isn’t even a dress I picked out for myself. Sasha found it and picked it out as the last dress I tried on.That being said thank you to everyone at the bridal collection who helped me find my dress. If you are looking for a wedding dress, the bridal collection by far had the most options and designers of any boutique I’ve been to.

I had had a really bad experience at a David’s Bridal so I was very nervous about having another appointment, but I was referred to the Bridal Collection by another friend and they did not disappoint! My stylist was Carrie and she was PHENOMENAL!!! She listened without judgement when I expressed some concerns about my previous try-on experience and completely created a 180° for my experience! After trying on endless dresses, there was one dress I had seen online that I couldn’t get out of my mind, but they didn’t have that dress in my size so she put me in the exact same cut and style so that I could “feel” it but then strapped my ideal dress to the front of me so that I could get the idea of trying it on and sure enough it was indeed the one!!! Carrie went above and beyond to help create a positive experience for me and I will be recommending The Bridal Collecrion to all future brides I meet!

I had an amazing experience as a bride here. I initially opted to look here because of the large selection. I had my first few appointments with Jessica. I was shopping by myself, and she made me feel so special and celebrated when I found my dress and helped me FaceTime my sister who she was so sweet to. The alterations team also was amazing! They helped make my sleeves detachable and were so flexible and kind when I needed to add another appointment because my back was feeling a little self conscious about my back. They truly are so professional and knowledgeable here- bustling, getting my dress on and everything else was so easy day of with their prep and guides ahead of time. I loved my veil and my dress and truly felt so beautiful on my wedding.

Kianna was so amazing! She made the experience so easy. She listened to me even when my family wasn't really listening. I had to come back abruptly to buy the gown before my stepmom was out of town for a few weeks and she moved her schedule around to be there for my "yes" moment. Even pulled a few dresses to make sure sure when it was supposed to be a quick appointment. She never once made me feel rushed or bad. Thank you so so much Kianna!
