We are busting out at the seams! I guess we need a bigger store.

Last fall, our landlord wouldn’t renew our lease because they were selling the shopping center. We took this a sign that it was time to take the big step and move. We began the process of searching for a space to meet our needs, working with a contract lawyer to negotiate a long term lease. Finally, in December we signed a lease agreement. Then the real fun began! Architects, general contractor (a past bride of ours-love that!), color consultant, electrical engineer, flooring specialists, security company, IT people, and many more experts. We took possession and got our keys on Valentine’s Day! A good omen, I think.

Less than a week later, we found out our shopping center will NOT be sold. Our landlord wanted to renew our lease. Sorry guys, you’re too late. We are moving on with our plans for a bigger and better store. We will be at County Line and Colorado, west of Park Meadows Mall. It was first built as an Ethan Allen store in 1985. Most recently it was Colorado Casual Furniture. Now it will be The Bridal Collection and TBC Occasions. We will continue to serve Colorado brides and their attendants, debutantes, prom, pageant and special occasions with the same extensive selection, superior customer service and welcoming atmosphere.
