Africa Love Project

The Mother’s Union in Africa rent the wedding dresses we donate to couples getting married. They use the profits to take care of orphans in their village, providing food, shelter, education and medical care. You can help. We’ll donate $25 to the Africa Love Project for every wedding gown purchased. Additionally, you can donate monetarily or bring in your used wedding attire to make a huge impact in the lives of so many in central Africa. Your love can make a difference.

We are very excited to send to send one of own, master tailor Valerie Eberhart, to Rwanda to visit one of these shops January 28-February 5. While there, she will assess their needs, teach them sewing and care techniques and collect information to help them grow their business. Once she returns, The Bridal Collection will help create a business plan to help more shops like this open and succeed in Rwanda, Uganda and Burundi.
