Spring Wedding Inspiration Styled Shoot at 1C Barn
Now that it finally begins to feel like spring in Colorado, we can’t help but dream of all things floral. The colors, textures, and smells of a spring floral bouquet are second to none! We’ve never met a flower we didn’t like — which is great in this case, because this 1C Barn styled shoot is loaded with them.
Spring is a wonderful time of year to get married for many reasons. First, the weather! Even though Colorado likes to surprise us with a few random snowstorms in the spring, the weather this time of year is generally perfect for weddings. If you’re getting married outside, your guests will appreciate the warm, but not hot, temperatures. In addition, the options for flowers are endless! Since everything is blooming this time of year, you can have almost any flower that you can dream of. Thanks, Mother Nature!
This beautiful spring wedding styled shoot at 1C Barn is bursting with gorgeous pastel floral arrangements. From the bride’s texture-filled bouquet to the floating vases to the table covered in greenery, every detail proclaims spring has sprung! 1C Barn in Colorado Springs was the perfect canvas. The wood features add a rustic Rocky Mountain vibe, while the market lights and metal chairs bring a hint of modern industrial to the mix. Each element contributed to creating a dreamy Colorado spring wedding.
We are lucky enough to be in Colorado where all four seasons are breathtakingly beautiful and weddings can happen year-round. We love seeing all of the ways our brides incorporate the seasons when they tie the knot. What time of year did you get married? Share a few tips for brides planning their own weddings!

A note from the photographer: “My vision for the shoot was to include the gorgeous rustic feel of the venue while focusing on the romance of the springtime feel. It’s all in the details. The way the story is told on each wedding day is largely influenced by all of the intricate details that we pour our hearts into. I love how I can document all of the details to help to tell everyone’s story.
