About The Couple

Courtney and Bobby met when they were seniors in high school and have been inseparable ever since. Courtney says that Bobby is perfect for her in every way, and that the two balance each other out well. They have a house together in Littleton and three dogs whom they spoil and love very much.

How He Asked

Courtney and Bobby have a tradition of ice skating for Bobby’s birthday. When he asked her on a date downtown to celebrate his birthday, Courtney thought nothing of it. She took the day off from work, dressed warmly and looked forward to enjoying their special tradition together. Courtney was so surprised when Bobby got down on one knee, on the cold ice, and asked her to be his wife! To top it all off, Bobby had asked his friend to hide and take pictures of the romantic moment.

Dress Shopping At The Bridal Collection

Wedding dress shopping was a priority for Courtney. Once she got engaged, she began her wedding dress search right away. From the moment she walked into The Bridal Collection for her first appointment, Courtney thought everyone was so nice and helpful. After trying on a handful of gorgeous gowns, Courtney’s stylist encouraged her to try on Martina Liana Bridal Separates. The fact that her dress would be two pieces and that the sample skirt was in a different color made Courtney hesitant. However, the moment she saw herself in the ensemble she began to tear up. When her dress arrived and Courtney saw the color she chose, she knew it was perfect. Favorite Memory

Courtney’s favorite memory of their wedding day was the First Look with her groom. Seeing each other before the ceremony allowed the two to share a special, private moment which helped to get the emotions and nerves out of the way. Courtney recommends doing a First Look because it is typically the only real alone time the bride and groom will have the entire day (if you don’t count the videographers and photographers 20 feet away). The photos of First Looks are always so sweet and memorable!
