The Bridal Collection Real Bride | Catherine

Our featured bride Catherine met Michael on what would be a “semi-blind date”. Their mutual friend had decided that they were perfect for each other, and plotted a night out that ended up being the beginnings of a wonderful relationship.

Next thing you know, Michael’s getting down on one knee! It was another bluebird day for snowboarding in Breckenridge, where Catherine and Michael were visiting for a weekend getaway. After a few runs, Michael’s snowboard binding broke – so the two had to pause on the side of the mountain to get things figured out. As he’s fixing his binding, Michael pulls out a gorgeous engagement ring and proposes!

While shopping at The Bridal Collection, Catherine was convinced she didn’t want a strapless gown. Her stylist pulled a strapless gown to give an example of a color, and Catherine fell head over heels in love with Stella York 5840! The strapless wedding dress looked perfect with her sparkly Kathryn Elizabeth belt. She chose a stunning Veil Trends veil as well, which was swept away by a massive gust of wind as her father was giving her away! Thankfully, the kind folks at Cheyenne Mountain Resort were able to rescue it. Congratulations, Catherine and Michael! We wish you the best!
