Floral-Inspired Styled Shoot at Fresh Herb Company

By TBC on May 10, 2019

At this time of year, Colorado is one of the best places to be. With the freezing cold days of winter behind us (let’s hope the crazy spring blizzard days are over too!) everything is warming up and coming to life. Is there anything more beautiful than bright, bold flowers everywhere?

If you feel the same way, you’re going to love this floral-inspired styled shoot. The Fresh Herb Company in Longmont is a quaint local flower farm overflowing with bright colors and breathtaking views in every direction. This outdoor space served as a muse for the rest of the floral-inspired styled shoot.

Talented Colorado wedding vendors contributed to create a timeless look that works for any season. For the tablescape, dark blues and black shades placed with neutral white tones created a visually-appealing contrast. Then, they added gorgeous texture and dimension by using elements like driftwood, concrete floral vases, marble plates, soft chiffon, vintage glassware and fun seating. Next, MJM Designs and Wallflower rentals provided some incredible pieces to create a cozy lounge setting among the gardens. We love the idea of distinguishing a lounge space apart from the reception tables for an intimate gathering.

Of course, a floral-inspired styled shoot would be nothing without a wedding dress. Since the setting was a little bit more laid-back and romantic, we knew a boho wedding dress by Martina Liana was the perfect choice. From the flattering waistline to the soft, flowy french tulle skirt that makes us want to dance through a field of flowers, the dress totally matched the vibe of this styled shoot. The unique textures of lace and lattice work complemented the mixed textures throughout the rest of the shoot’s design. We especially love the long lace sleeves and keyhole back! Trying on this dress is a must; schedule your bridal appointment to see for yourself!
